Homegrown

Today I heard from my son to tell me that my Grandchildren are in their Nativity Play this morning, talk about last minute.
Of course I said I'd be there, shopping can wait until after the play.
What a terrific job they all did.... such joy.
My Grandson was one of the Three Kings; my Granddaughter was a Traveller & is in the Choir.
I hope to see my Granddaughter singing in the Choir next week. Adorable.
Once the shopping was done & put away; Lunch had, then I prepared Dinner of Broccoli, Butternut Squash & Pepper Risotto.
The Butternut Squash was one I grew in the garden & it weighed 1,468g.
