Home Sweet Home

The beauty of bees and their work was in full display, thanks to a guest speaker at the local Biodiversity Society. This was the inside of one of his transfer hives, which he had used to house a swarm from someones garden and relocate it in a suitable long-term home.

I highly recommend attending a talk about bee-keeping if you get the chance, so simple yet so complex.
