Having some dentistry work done at the moment. Today's visit to the Dentist involved getting casts made for a couple of crowns to be produced. He (kindly) gave me this incase the temporary solution goes wrong next week whilst I am in Poland on a visit, so I can take it to a Polish Dentist for emergency treatment. I hope that it is not required...
