A busy day. A rare meeting in the office this morning (as I finish at lunchtime I try and avoid commuting on a Friday). Then a SLOW drive home (temporary traffic light congestion). A counselling session and then a quick trip up to the hospital to see J.

My parents are here for the weekend, so we’re off to the local Italian restaurant this evening.
