A Christmas Story

Apologies for yet another Christmas themed blip so early in December...but I just can't help myself!

We woke up to a thin layer of snow and ice this morning, so the drive to yoga was cautious. There was still snow on some of the village roads this afternoon.  According to the car, the highest temperature was 0 degrees.  So again, cautiously, we drove over to Cley-Next-the-Sea to visit their annual Christmas craft and book fair.  The freezing mist was supposed to clear later today but although we saw one or two clearer patches over the marshes as we drove along the coast road, it never really went away.

Clearly Father Christmas had found an interesting tome to occupy him whilst in attendance at the fair.

The extra is of a last remaining plucky hollyhock flower that was grimly hanging on to it's stalk just outside the village hall.
