3260. Newest knitting project…

My friend’s partner has a wonderful Bull Terrier called RiRa and I’m hoping to see her with him next week when we do our usual weekly coffee meet in town.  I thought I’d try and knit him a Santa hat but I’m not sure I will get it finished in time. The pattern isn’t as straightforward to follow as I’d hoped but it’s starting to look like the one in the top right photo on the pattern.
I’m doing the balaclava one as I don’t think he’d keep the one with the little ties on for very long!

It’s been bitterly cold with snow flurries all day but we had a nice family lunch and then a relaxing afternoon.
