Holiday

I had a trip to Livingston this morning, just for a check up on my progress since surgery. All OK, but it'll be after Christmas till I see the surgeon again... Seems like only yesterday at that I was here in that September heatwave, wishing the weather would cool down.

Spent the afternoon of my 'holiday' doing a few tasks but as the weather got worse (sleet, wind, and rain on repeat) my enthusiasm declined. I'm now very definitely indoors for the rest of the day.
