Water courses

Layers of washed down leaves gather and create diversions in the runoff over the heath after the torrential rain. I love sloshing through the puddles, the beautiful watery reflections, the drip patterns.
An early visit to the doctor's surgery, which resulted in me taking hubby up to see the nurse, arm scarring checked, then mentioned on going skin irritation, he actually then saw a doctor, who prescribed some medication. Dropped him home, then down to walk Indie by which time the rain had fortunately eased off. Back for a coffee & natter with Mum, organise her meal for later, run through the tv remote. We're back to the all singing, all dancing remote, but with sections she does'nt need taped over. Think that is working for her.
I dropped some Arcopal salad bowls, 3 cruet sets, plus 4 bonsai dishes to Brainwave charity shop in Chudleigh, then found a set of  120 Arteza pens for £10, & a rather nice dark pink purse £3. Purchased 6 tombola tickets and won a handwarmer. A pair would have been ideal but it was a prize nevertheless.
Back home, after a trial run of coffee with oat milk substitute & hubby not noticing the difference I informed him of the change & suggested he stick with it for a week to see if it might help with the skin problem. I know dairy can effect people suffering with exzema & psoriasis. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows, it MIGHT just make a difference.
