Pistachio Torta

Our last full day in London was a rainy one so we spent most of it in the National Gallery of Art, the National Portrait Gallery and at Benjamin Franklin's London home, which has more architectural signficance than historical.

Our last dinner was at the Lavo Restaurant in the new BoTree Hotel.  This was my delicious dessert. 

It feels good to finally get all my Ireland/London photos posted.  It was impossible to do during the trip so this has resulted in a ridiculous amount of backblips.  The trip was beyond excellent, but I feel the need to go back because there were still things we missed in Ireland.  We did decide that 3 weeks, with every day full of sight-seeing was a bit too long without any downtime.  For us, I think 2 weeks of this kind of a trip would be enough in the future.
