Cold and dark

We packed in the morning then set off. Got 10 minutes away and the rear windscreen shattered. Turned back home unloaded cleaned up glass and husband took the truck into town to get vynl wrapped and new window ordered. After the delay we headed off but meant we wouldn't do the whole 8 hours we had planned. So we found a spot halfway to camp but that did mean we weren't into the milder southerly weather so a chilly - 7c in the tent. The heated blanket was perfect for keeping us cozy.
