Pink Berry

This Northern Mockingbird was eating red berries, which were also beautiful, but then moved over to this leafless shrub with stunning pink fruit.  I had not noticed it at the gardens before, but apparently it's American Beautyberry, a native perennial.  I would love to plant some in my yard, but it wouldn't last due to the deer.
