How long is coming soon?

This the old meat market and abattoir site that stands on the corner of Duke Street & Belllgrove. There's been a sign up for over ten years now saying that an exciting new science park on it's way. Science fiction if you ask me......


p.s. There's a massive fence all the way round the site. I had to point my lens through where the padlock held the doors together. I'd love to get inside for a proper look.
