Misty mountain

Today we have had the first heavy mists and clouds coming down over the mountains and filling the valleys. I took this photo at around lunchtime from the patio. The temperature has also dropped to around 10C with a persistent, albeit light drizzle, all afternoon. Hopefully some significant rainfall is on the way. Thanks for the Skyscape challenge Bob. 

2023, like 2022, has been another drought year for Andalucia. The olive and almond harvests have been badly affected and this will mean higher prices for olive oil in the months ahead. 

M worked indoors on replacing the grouting in the terracotta tiles in the living room.  He used an extremely noisy little drill to remove the old stuff. The noise was horrid as was the dust.
