Celebration

This is a back blip from our day in London yesterday. My youngest son John had his graduation ceremony at Birkbeck College London where he was awarded a first class honours degree in Film and Media. It was a great day - the event was smallish, immaculately well organised and it was joyful to witness such an eclectic mix of graduates. I really like the ethos of Birkbeck, committed to lifelong learning and widening access to all. This year it is celebrating its 200 year anniversary - it is brilliant that John is a part of it. A day to feel proud!
