I hadn't expected there to be such a heavy frost when I opened the door this morning. The car was frozen.   I started the engine and headed back to pick up my ice scraper from the kitchen where it had been forgotten but had left my door key on the counter beside it.

As MrRIU was sleeping I used my work ID and door entry  card on the ice.  It was very old and shattered from the impact.

Al took a replacement picture and I have requested a new one. Late  changes to my diary mean I shall be in the office again tomorrow.

One of our teams were having a Christmas lunch today and one of the team was unwell.  I ended up taking her place and her pre-ordered, vegetarian meal.   Thanks Deb.
