Taking shape

A week or so back our builder contacted S and said that he could have Laurie and a couple of others give us a deck out the back for Christmas. We said yes please and they started yesterday.

The original deck went during the construction of the retaining wall, so we were given three steps down from the back door. Those have had to go, so we now have three steps down from the side door, to give us still two exits. 

It was a long day at work; over nine hours. mostly satisfying.
