Fruit

Busy day at work again so this shot is part of my pack up i take to work . I try to eat a bit healthier due to my cholesterol been a little on the high side (6.2) , so i always take a selection of fruit to work with me to help with 3 of my 5 a day. what you cant see is the bag of crisps and sandwiches in my lunch box one step at a time ;) . In other news my son has just finished his last GCSE exam so thats School now finished for him for the moment . Also just got a new Camera for Julie tonight so she will probably be joining me on blip just a basic digital bridge camera , just need to find the right one for me will keep bidding away on ebay.
