Xmas sweater

Keep fit this morning and very enjoyable.
In the afternoon I had an appointment at the ENT department at the hospital.  I have had this husky voice  for a number of years and it had never been investigated.  The Consultant  put a little. Light up my nose and down the back of my throat to have a look and my vocal cords are fine. He is going to arrange for me to see a speech therapist to give me some exercises to do.
