Bleak

I spent a good part of the day, snug at home, catching up with my Thursday friends. It was the first time we'd met since before my Uganda trip, so it was especially lovely to see them!

After they'd left, I ventured out for a short time in the car, stopping for the occasional photo in the rain. I do find the flood water on a bleak day strangely beautiful.
