It is Winter

At work we use those signs for people, who can't read, like me.
But we know the meaning of the signs:
Today is Thursday the 7th of December
It is winter.
Outside it is raining. And it is sunny and cloudy.

I went outside to check if the weather forecast was right. (First extra)
Indeed, it was winter (2nd extra)
