Cedar berries

Walked the dog on the road for a little way where I noticed this cedar tree was full of berries. One time when the cedar had berries I had cedar waxwings to come by for a feast. Probably too late in the year.

Lunch today at a high dollar steak house. Being me, I ordered the high dollar all beef hot dog. It was excellent. A local made hot dog with a special home made pepper relish and the southern style hot dog chili. On homemade bun! My friends thought I was totally weird. But had to leave room for crème brûlée. It was all good!

Tonight a potluck get-together with a few hiking friends. Games and appetizers are in the works.

Tomorrow will be a day of fasting!
