Uugh!

A not very nice deposit further along the road to our house. Disgusting behaviour.
I feel the need to get and setup one of those wildlife motion capture cameras and catch these people in the act. Even found a shop receipt that I assume the police could use to trace the owner via the shop, but I expect that’s not a priority or legal proof anyway.
I think the council do come out for this which is good, but should never be done in the first place. Grrr!
