Volleyball

Today was volleyball day!
My youngest daughter was playing for her school Year 8 team in a Regional competition, a celebration of volleyball really.
The aim was that the young people all had a fun day.... and even though the weather looked as if it waould put a watery end to the event at any moment - everything went fine in the end. I went along to help out and ended up Ref'ing for a while. Competition was fierce. Helen's school did very well and came through in first, third and fourth I think, depending on age and gender They were happy, and so was I
