The Stand Off

Down by the river at work this lunchtime I witnessed this little stand off between the cygnets and the ducklings, luckily mummy duck was there to usher her brood into the grasses and out of harm's way.

I took better photos today however I thought this one had a bit of a comedy element, there's one cygnet in particular looks like he's developing into a wee "hard man"!

After this morning's rain it turned out lovely :-)
