Another good win for Chester against 2nd placed Tamworth in very windy conditions.

At half time we had inducted former player Alan Tarbuck into the Hall of Fame. Here he is on the left with Grenville Millington after the match. Alan is chairman of the Former Players Association while Grenville is the president and we had kept it secret from him. It was brilliant that about 15 members of his family came along to the game and the award took him completely by surprise.
