Christmas Parade

This evening we walked up King Street to watch the annual parade. We hadn't been to the Christmas one for quite a few years, so it felt nice to watch the lights and all going by - marching band, scouts, the Loudoun Chorale, a couple decked out firetrucks, some fun miscellaneous floats, and Santa at the end - while visiting with some friends on their front steps. A prime view.

Writer's Group this morning, and a much-needed long winter's nap. W. was off hiking to Harper's Ferry during the day, and a nice day it was.
