In this light and on this evening

Liz has been having pains in her calf for the last 2 days, but things got much worse today, with swelling. So this afternoon we went off to get her checked out. Looks like it is thrombosis, to be confirmed by scan tomorrow. So she has various pills and creams to apply. Grateful that health care is so good here.

By the time we got home it was dark for Léo's walk, so here's a pic of our only Xmas decoration to date.
