Work was seasonably busy. I bought a few more bits for the food bank. Yvonne and Lorna agreed to support the local food bank instead of buying a secret Santa present, and we all felt that was a better option.
In the evening I met Yvonne and Lorna for a meal out. It was really lovely, the food was good, and we weren’t at all hurried, so we had room for dessert. We stayed for four hours, as the conversation flowed. And all with just a large jug of tap water.
