The Almond Tree

Heat waves and drought take their toll and we have quite a few almond trees which are struggling, like this one in the blip, and will probably not produce much again. The wood is wonderful for indoor burners which are our key source of heating in the winter. Today it's been up to 25C at lunchtime, however, so a fire will probably not be needed tonight.
