Abstract Nature

We have a Yucca Trees in our garden which is currently about 8ft tall. It was around 12-15 tall until a few years ago when I cut it right back. Yucca trees can seem quite exotic in this country but they do quite well in sheltered gardens in the area where I live. Our neighbour has one that is over 20ft tall. The tough, pointed, sword-shaped leaves grow outward from a central point. Gradually the outermost leaves turn yellow, then brown and eventually fall off.
The usual view is of a solid, branching, spiky, sub-tropical looking tree. Rather than focussing on the whole tree or the spiked outline, I  took this image looking into the centre of one of the branches from which the leaves emerge to try and create more of a nature abstraction-type image.
