Tiny praying mantis

This praying mantis is seriously tiny at little more than two centimetres in length. It is one of several newly hatched ones I've seen in the garden. This one lives in a small potted silky oak.

I came back later to see if it was still there and it looked like it had caught itself a morsel to eat (extra).
