Peppermint Creams

I made 10 dozen peppermint creams this afternoon while listening to Christmas music. I think I’ve made them every Christmas for over 40 years. I will half dip them in chocolate next week and give them as presents.
We walked in the woods at Kilrenny this morning. It wasn’t fun. Far too much rain, puddles and mud.
After that I picked out a couple of presents at Gibbles in Anstruther, went to the Co-op for a few things, posted cards, and delivered some.
It feels like it’s been a busy day, but I still fitted in an hour of doing nothing on the sofa.
