Where did the Steps go?

Thunder is sitting on what is left of the Steps that lead to the Decking Area, but due to bad workmanship & the lack of knowledge part of the Decking rotted & had to be removed before there was a nasty accident. That all happened last year, now Mum is left to clear up the mess, but as she say's, she's not getting any younger & she cannot do it all.
Hopefully help is on his way in the form of Mum's ex Nephew-in-Law, he has moved into Town & has offered to help Mum.
