Rural architecture

Our neighbours up the hill have been farming here for generations and I love their old, typically Andalucian farm house. It has had a few modern extensions added to the origninal family home. There are three generations of the family living there and it is always beautifully white-washed, a task undertaken by the womenfolk, with flowering bougainvillea and oranges in the  enclosed front yard.

For Wide Wednesday, with the theme architecture, with thanks to Bob for hosting.
