Main is of Vivien Westwood pictured in her Chelsea shop SEX in then 70s.

e1 Leomi Sadler - 'Your Living Expenses Are None Of My Business' 2023

Born: England 1984, lives Nottingham

This commission encapsulates the visual ideology and irreverence found in the independent Punk prints and fanzines produced in the 70's and 80's. Leomi regards the work as a "Where's Wally meets the Brueghel's in neo-liberal hell".

She has recently collaborated with brands such as Braindead, Gasius, Heresy and Givenchy

e2 -Klara SzafraƄska - 'Supertheory of Supereverything' 2023

Born: Warsaw, Poland 1997, lives Nottingham

This work draws parallels between the experiences of first-generation migrants adapting to new languages, spaces, and systems, and the immigrant punk music genre, notably linked to Ukrainian and Eastern European migrants, such as Eugene Hutz and Gogol Bordello. The project's title directly alludes to a song from Gogol Bordello's "Super Taranta!" (2007).

e3 - what a gig - if only!
e4 - Nottingham punk from 70s - brave being a black woman too.
e5 - I want these (specially the red one) !
