Looking very festive :-)
Out for lunch with school friends today to celebrate O’s upcoming 70th birthday, and then out again this evening with my friend L to see Ken Bruce’s Greatest Hits with the RSNO at the Caird Hall. A great show (even KB’s jokes… ) with some very well known tunes including a brilliant arrangement of George Ezra’s ‘Budapest’.
I’d parked in the multi storey car park and when I got back there the queue for the pay machine was very very long and just not moving at all. Turned out it wasn’t working but folk kept trying instead of pressing the help button. As soon as someone did that a disembodied voice said the barriers would be opened and the queue dispersed as everyone ran to their cars to get out before the barrier closed again :-))
