Carnations

Another fine dry day and some blue sky poking through the clouds.
Max and I are home alone now as Kim, our carer/ helper had to go back home for family celebrations tomorrow. We are managing well as both of us seem to spend quite a lot of time in our respective beds!
More visitors coming later which will be good.
The carnations are from another bunch of flowers a friend brought- so kind.
WOW! Very late afternoon I hear a ring on the door bell and there was son Simon! He’d been in London on business and then drove down to visit and spend a couple of nights! Such a wonderful surprise. He’s treating me to an Indian Takeaway now as fridge is rather bare. Also had a visit from his oldest brother and partner so very social afternoon/evening.
