Summer evening

What a gorgeous evening! Much as I am so chuffed to have bought the new house I know I am going to be tearful leaving here, and I particularly love the drive down this little road when the trees are in full bloom.

The lady who owns the new house called me last night to thank me for the offer and to say that she had wanted to sell to our family from the start and was glad we made a decent offer. How lovely was that!?!
