Lone figure at low tide

The weather forecast seemed to predict a windy morning, something I was not looking forward to for our parkrun. In the event, it was not bad at all. A bit of a breeze on the way back, but nothing to worry about. The weather did seem to be changing by the time we left though, with the breeze picking up and the sky darkening. The light had been quite magical when we arrived just after 9 am - see extra.
