First Christmas Lilly

We had a cold start to the day. Late in the morning things warmed up. Around 3:30pm we had a few drops of rain. The skys cleared after that and it reached 29c. We were to have thunder storms. All the dark looking clouds, have now moved away. 

I noticed this lily out this morning. The others lilies are still in a tight bud.. so may hold on until Christmas Day. 

We went out for a meal this evening and it started to rain. There was a lovely rainbow.  It is only a five minute drive home and where we live there had been no rain at all. Black clouds all around. Someone will be getting thunder storms. The wind has changed now and is much cooler.
