Progressing Along

We've had a DiY day as the cool, grey, and breezy weather didn't inspire us to go anywhere.    Gill has completed a few more squares on her advent embroidery calendar so it has become my blip.

You can see the next few designs drawn in,  these are traced over a light pad with heat sensitive ink which is later erased with a small iron once the design is stitched. The iron is a best described as a modified soldering iron with a small triangular plate, ~30mm each side, in place of a normal tip.
