What... ? a cracker

I've volunteered to make 18 Christmas crackers to take to Sarah and Stanley's house on Christmas Day.  For a couple of years we have used re-cyclable hats and I've spent a happy few hours this afternoon testing a few prototypes.  

This year the hats will have to be separate in order to fit the goodies.
