Tisser thé Mowser !

A dank wild, dreich day! Not as wild as the North west& west of Scotland!
Lunch with BF over at Glenturret distillery cafe, not the Michelin star restaurant! It’s not open for lunch! :)
The distillery is owned by Lalique now, it’s the oldest distillery in Scotland,
Standing proudly near the entrance is the statue of the remarkable
Towser the distillery cat, he is in the Guinness Book of World records for catching (in his almost 24 years,) 28890 mice ! He lived from 21st April 1963 to 20th March 1987
The food is good in the cafe, local staff are so helpful & friendly and the locals are given a discount! What’s not to like! :) I’m sure that’s not the same in the Michelin star restaurant! :)

A good Sunday !
