Aoraki Mount Cook

Not my intended blip for the day, but when the mountain is so free of cloud you have to take the opportunity.

Australasia's highest mountain at 3724m.

I only drove a bit over an hour today.  Stopped at Ohau B Canal and have been having a lovely lazy day.  Watched people and birds fishing, taken some photos, read a book and had a couple of naps.  I like this life.

EDIT: And just watched a lady land an 8 pound salmon.  Wishing I had fishing gear.
