Hellebore

Topping up the bird feeders and I noticed that one of my hellebores had a number of flowers .... some no longer in the peak of perfection butb poking among the leaves I found this flower that was still looking reasonably good.

A miserable start to the day but by the early afternoon things improved and there was a lightness in the sky which we haven't seen for a couple of days. Very mild too with a temp of 12C.
