Poole Quay

Went to the physio for my knee (hamstring tendonitis). To be honest is so much better, I could have cancelled.

Walked up and down in Winton and bought Gochugang* (*finally tempted), and Miso Pastes, from the Korean shop. They have such a massive choice of Korean food - if only I knew what to they all were. I need to borrow John Torode for a couple of days (he had an excellent series, 'Korean Food Tour' on TV).

Blip was taken in Poole Quay last week. Apologies, but didn't take anything worthy of posting today.
