Mystical noon.....

.... it sure looked like a sunset, but it was 1 PM and a mixture of light, mist and clouds. 

For the first time in a very long time I got a laughing emoji from my dear friend S in Gaza. He is still in shock that most of his relatives are killed, is striving to get food and water to his kids and wife, his sister and her kids, worried sick about a brother he haven't been able to reach for days and don't know if he is alive or death. But more of all, his grief of loosing his big sister due to lack of medical care is just to heavy carry. Support, empathy, encouragement, prayers, shared anger or despair have not helped. Today felt like a miracle when I reminded him of how he and another brother of him were celebrating New Year Eve when they were young and poor students. That emoji meant a lot to me!
