Birthday boy

Had a pissed up guy ring the doorbell twice this morning around 5am looking for Ice FFS, as a result I didn’t really get back to sleep again. J was up at 6am to get the train down to Liverpool to see her niece who is at Uni there, seems all the trains were screwed up as well, so she didn’t leave on time. Took the dogs to the field first thing as a treat for Darwin as he is 3 today. They had a great time, and he even left the 5 pointers in the next field alone. Stopped off at Asda on the way back to get a few things and then headed out to the rifle club. Got there only to find they were running late, and I could get on the range for another hour, so came home. Spent the day tidying up the house and sorting out the cellar where the mound of dog food had been dumped. Darwin had his birthday cake in the afternoon as a treat and it went down well. Wrapped the presents in the afternoon before having pizza for dinner and watching the first two episodes of the new Reacher series. J was delayed on the way back as well, but I took the dogs up through the carnage of town to meet her at 10pm.
