Tapioca

Tapioca with queijo de coalho.

When in Brazil, we have tapiocas for breakfast more often than not, and we have them with pan fried queijo de coalho whenever we can. Tapiocas are made from pure, moist tapioca starch which cooks into a sort of pancake. I have gotten adept at making them myself.
