Millefiore

When I was young Christmas decorations and tree were put up on the 24th December, thing didn't begin in September in those days and weren't commercial like today.  We do decorate a little earlier than that but not a lot, we decorated today.

The weather wasn't tempting me to try any outdoor photography so I settled for this paperweight/objet d'art.  While it is a little dark I am quite pleased I have managed to avoid having any burnt out spots from the lights.
